Day 1: Prepare vegetables

Salting the cabbage for 24 hours

Raw sesame oil and rice vinegar

Sea salt, chili powder, fresh ginger, sesame seeds, apples, oranges, lemons

Fresh red pepper

Don't forget to compost!

Day 2: Cabbage, salted, dried and chopped.

Homemade Kimchi paste

Add veggies, fruits, citrus, spices


Pot it up, seal it airtight, store at room temp for 48 hours.
