One of the many, many great things about summer - herbal teas brewed in the blessed sun! I added some fresh spearmint leaves to this raspberry infusion, and sweetened it with agave. YUMMY!
6-8 raspberry herbal tea bags (depending on how strong you like it)
About 6-10 fresh spearmint leaves from the garden
1 quart spring water
Combine all in a glass pitcher, and brew in the sun for several hours. Remove the spearmint and sweeten with agave nectar.
