Kale - the only reason I tolerate the end of summer! It is coming in nicely in our Earth Day garden, and last night, I made some chili lime kale chips for football game snacks. Tear up some fresh, clean kale, sprinkle with a little olive oil and salt, and then drizzle with fresh lime juice then sprinkle with Thai chili powder. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Vegan. YUM. Thank you Mother Earth!
