October 2, 2014: Today for lunch, I ate the very last cucumber from our summer garden. Homemade tahini/yogurt dressing. Ice cold. Sweet, tangy, and crunchy. Lots of seeds. Yummy, bitter, late-summer cucumber skin.
Thank you, Mother Earth, for another amazing season of insanely delicious, wholesome, organic, beneficial, GMO-free garden food. I am filled with gratitude for your beneficence. All heart.
