Amaryllis mishap

Oh, dear. Look what I found in the garden room this morning. Forgot to pot up these amaryllis bulbs over winter and now I'm stuck with them until next winter. Don't want to force them now. They're at least a couple of years old & have been forced a few times , and they have great bulbettes pushing out the sides, healthy and alive, nice and firm. So I may just put them in the ground this week and see what they do this summer. They may very well bloom, but then they would be off schedule for any kind of winter forcing. Note to self: Keep track of all amaryllis in the house next winter.
