Put up jars of some amazing mango salsa last night using our garden tomatoes, green peppers, Ancho chili peppers, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, and market-bought sweet mangos. No recipe, just put together what seemed right. It’s so fresh and yummy, plus low-calorie, fiber-rich, and lots of vitamin C. We had a big bag of tortilla chips, and had salsa for dinner. Summer is the best.
