Weekend Chores

This weekend, we planted the mums next to the house. Lots of fresh lettuce coming in in the lettuce bed. I made banana sushi (the trick is getting the bananas and avocado to ripen at the same time) and strawberry lemonade. My husband asked if we could please host the Christmas gathering at our house, and I said yes. It’s going to be a simple affair. Clean food; lots of veggies and fruits, spices and salads.
