The Greens Beds are Underway!

The 2016 greens beds are on a roll. As of today, Earth Day 2016, are lettuces, spinach, kale, Genovese basil, chard, Italian parsley, and a variety of microgreens for salads, sandwiches, green juices, and the dogs.The warm weather kicked everything up a notch, and tonight's heavy rain is giving these little loves a good, deep drink. So grateful.
