Breaking the raw diet with a bowl of oatmeal, cinnamon, and a little coconut palm sugar. So I think after a week of raw vegan, I’m staying with high-carb vegan, but am going to include cooked oatmeal, rice, and beans. I don't know if I could ever go completely raw for life, and am not sure if the health benefits are really there with total raw, and if it's actually worth it.Stocked up on more bananas today, and pineapple. I’m eating about 10 bananas a day now. I’ve been advised by #uamauhawaii to include even more, so let’s go for it!
